1-Follow our on line payment link which will show the availablity link,click on your dates and number of guests.The price will appear if you are happy it will then take you through the details and payment screen.It will then send sea-murcia a confirmation e mail for us to confirm the property is available,A confirmed e mail will be sent to you and ask for a deposit with an online payment facility.Closer to the dates you will be sent an e mail to pay the remainder of the balance.PLEASE NOTE THE BREAKAGES DEPOSIT WILL BE PAID AT THE TIME TYPICALLY 100 POUNDS STERLING AND REFUNDED AFTER YOUR STAY.

2-Click on our availablity and make sure its available,send us an e mail  from the contact form in the property details area detailing your dates,property.We will confirm the cost and send you deposit and payment details usually sent to the property owner.We will send a confirmation booking form after we have received payment.PLEASE NOTE DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF BOOKING AFTER THIS THE PROPERTY CAN NOT BE RESERVED.
